St. Jude Medical Center Plaza Expansion

OC&M provided Project Management services to St Joseph Health System for this 98,000 square foot, 4-story medical office building. The building houses two floors of multi-specialty physician offices, a comprehensive diagnostic imaging center and expanded imaging facilities for the womens Breast Center. A new outpatient surgical center will open with 7 smart-suite operating rooms and 24 private prep/recovery bays.

The adjacent parking structure consists of 418 stalls on two subterranean levels and 7 above-grade levels.
