With an average of 25 years in the construction industry, our Estimators have provided their expertise to some of the largest Health Care Providers, Developers, Architects, General Contractors, and other “End Users” throughout the Western United States. Whether it be a conceptual estimate needed to establish capital program budgets or final detailed estimates, we’ve done it. Our Estimators have experienced everything from the build out of single CT Scanner room to compete Acute Care Towers.We’re different from pure Estimating firms. Our staff of Project Managers and Schedulers support our Estimating Professionals by looking at costs from an Operations perspective as well the Estimator’s. Our involvement in these various disciplines allows us to provide in-depth study, reviews, and analyses. We can step in and operate as a member of your current Estimating department or we can be your Estimating department.
