OC&M is providing Preconstruction and Project Management services on an ongoing basis to the National Facilities Services (NFS) team at Kaiser Permanente’s Los Angeles Medical Center (LAMC). Assigned to multiple capital improvement projects in both the hospital and medical offices buildings, our role is to manage the design and construction of various projects, such as pneumatic tube systems installations, single plane interventional radiology (IR) procedure room renovations, operating room (OR) renovations, and more.
