Our team Provided Estimating, PreConstruction, and Project Management services to Sony Pictures Entertainment for the renovation of a 1950’s era building to create a state-of-the-art post-production facility for the High Definition Group.

The project scope included eight soundproof editing rooms, two client editing rooms and two computer rooms, all incorporating advanced digital technology. Construction was carefully planned and phased to ensure minimal disruption for building occupants and to met the tenant’s aggressive 12-week schedule.
