OC&M is providing Preconstruction services on an ongoing basis to the Planning and Asset Management team at The Walt Disney Studio and The Walt Disney Animation Studio in Burbank, CA. Our team provides services such as estimating, scheduling, and feasibility studies, which helps to determine the constructability of each project and the direction for design and engineering. Early in the project phase, our team evaluates the costs and schedule requirements and overall feasibility and when necessary, value engineering options necessary to make each project a success.
