  • Monitoring General Contractor’s construction schedule
  • Participate in management of the RFI process
  • Manage the Change Order process
  • Participating in review of General Contractor’s submittals
  • Reviewing Architect, Consultant and General Contractor’s application for payments
  • Monitor General Contractor’s construction schedule
  • Monitoring the General Contractor’s quality control program
  • Monitoring punch list and General Contractor’s progress in its completion
  • Monitor LEED certification process and sustainability programs for compliance and achievement
  • Attend and lead project team meetings
  • Create and implement Commissioning Program
  • Manage the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) procurement, delivery, and installation
  • Manage the Medical Equipment procurement, delivery, and installation
  • Establish and manage a Document Control program
  • Manage the Quality control of both Design Documents and Construction activities
  • Safety plan management
  • Move-in / Transition management
  • Coordinate project closeout
