Disneyland Resort

Charged with establishing the construction budget for many Disneyland Resort projects, OC&M provides Estimating, Preconstruction and Constructability reports for diverse sites within the Disneyland Resort, which includes Disney’s California Adventure, the Disneyland Hotel, the Paradise Pier Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, and Downtown Disney. Many of these projects included “theming” and special finishes typical of those found within the park.
